As part of the Australian Government's Smart Grid, Smart City demonstration project, Ausgrid engaged the Beyond Behaviour Change team to develop a home energy audit for households.
It focused on home energy use practices, such as clothes washing, heating, cooling, and cooking. The service provided tailored advice using information from the home’s smart meter and the project gathered information about the significant benefits of these technologies and services in Australia.
