Her contribution is focused on developing process principles and standards by different tiers of governance to effectively prioritize and influence urban resilience investment at local, state, and federal levels. As an urban designer and planner, with a background in architecture, her focus is on the quality, sustainability, and resilience of the built environments, with an emphasis on placemaking, liveability, and heritage as well as the informal ways of space production and how they interact with formal practices in urban areas.
