Tyler King

Tyler is a PhD candidate in the Centre for Urban Research at RMIT, with a focus on human-nature relations in cities

Tyler’s research explores the relationship between people, bees and environmental management within the urban space. Working with urban beekeepers, environmental professionals and community volunteers, his research aims to understand how people create places in the city for bees to thrive.  

Tyler completed a Bachelor of Environmental Science (Geography & Biology) from the University of New South Wales, with a focus on geography, conservation management and ecology.
