To understand the transformative potential of policy, Ashleigh draws on conceptual tools from human geography, discursive policy studies, and cultural studies. Her PhD investigates the transformative potential of climate change adaptation strategies within Victoria.
Ashleigh's research interests centre around how public policies and governance can support and facilitate transformative societal change, particularly in the context of ecological degradation and the climate crisis.
