Pouya Molaei

Pouya Molaei is a PhD student in the Centre for Urban Research at RMIT, where he will be creating and testing urban indicators for age-friendly cities.

Pouya completed a Bachelor of Architecture at the University of Guilan and received his Master’s degree in Architectural Engineering from TIAU in Iran. He has a ten-year history working for a company and academic centres as a senior architect, research assistant, and teacher assistant. Pouya’s research interests include housing design, healthy cities, walkability, and crime prevention through environmental design. His supervisors are Hannah Badland and Lucy Gunn.
