Mr. Hourn SEN is a community development practitioner working in humanitarian community development in Cambodia for over seven years in various positions. Recently, he was a community engagement technical officer with World Vision International – Cambodia. He holds a master’s degree of Social Science in Development Studies from City University of Hong Kong, and a master’s of International Community Development from Victoria University, Australia, and a Bachelor of Arts in Teaching English as a Foreign Language from Build Bright University in Cambodia.
Sen Hourn is a PhD student within the Centre for Urban Research.
