Sen Hourn

Sen Hourn is a PhD student within the Centre for Urban Research.

His research focuses on vulnerability to climate change impacts and adaptations by urban poor context in Cambodia’s informal settlements. He has a background in humanitarian development. Prior to his study, he was a technical officer for community engagement with World Vision International – Cambodia where he provided input, trainings, and advice for community development approaches.

Sen graduated with a Master’s Degree of International Community Development from Victoria University in Melbourne in 2014 under the Australian Development Scholarship. He also completed a degree in Development Studies from City University of Hong Kong. He has an interest in walking, bicycling, and visiting natural tourist sites.
