Shuai Zhang

Shuai's research centers on the MATSim Model for Electric and Autonomous Vehicles in urban areas.

His objective is to develop a MATSim (Multi-Agent Transport Simulation) model for electric and autonomous vehicles in Melbourne. His research aims to evaluate the potential implications of promoting these modes on travel behavior and the environment, while also scrutinizing potential conflicts in these new mixed-transport scenarios.

He holds a master’s degree in Traffic and Transportation from Southwest Jiaotong University and a bachelor’s degree in Traffic and Transportation from Inner Mongolia University.
